Pertinax Esports, founded in 2022, is a growing gaming organization in Belgium that provides BeNeLux players and teams an engaging and professional environment to play and develop their skills.

As strong believers in the fact that esports is becoming the #1 hobby in the world, we mainly want to focus on creating and supporting professional play..ers and teams. Other than that, we also thrive to grow our community players. Today, we have over 150 members playing for Pertinax Esports and her community Organisation Bastards Esports.

As an organization we mainly focus on League of Legends and CS2 . We are active in competitions for LoL in ESL DIV2 and for CS2 in ESEA as well as on LAN parties.

We are working on programs to develop our Fifa, Rainbow 6 Siege, Valorant, COD, Rocket League and World of tanks talents within our organization. In such a way that they should be able to participate in competitive leagues in the near future.

Today Pertinax Esports operates completely on volunteers. The board consists of 2 people: : Founder, Owner and CEO Philip Van hoe (aka Nicebow) Assisted by CFO Mattias Eyckmans (aka MECS).

The division of our management is structured in such a way that there is at least 1 main responsible person per game, assisted by his team manager(s). Depending on the number of players per game, each team with more than 3 players will be represented by a team captain.

Although we have a hierarchical structure in responsibilities, we use a flat hierarchical structure in communication.
